WHAT ARE THE TYPES OF QUESTIONS BEING ASKED?

Depending on the key message for the POSITIONING INTERVIEW™ the types of questions can differ significantly from a journalist or in-house interview. Sample questions may be:
On organizational goals: "How will you notice that you have reached a certain organizational goal? How will the situation differ from today?"
On pending acquisitions: "What would make the situation worse/better?" "What person could influence the situation and how?" "What has been a proven approach in the past?"
On restructuring: "Who will find the planned changes to be positive, who will find them negative?" "How long does it take, given your experience, to reach the goal you have set for yourself?" "When did you start planning for the restructuring efforts"?
On geographical expansion plans: "What makes the new business in XX other than in YY"? How long will you need until the situation in XX is as good as in YY"? "How must employees in XX adapt to the new operation in YY"?
